Marketing Manager USA

We have a growing team and are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Manager to help drive further growth for the business in the USA

The right person for this role will be driven and enthusiastic with the ability to plan, execute and report on their marketing programs and contribute content regularly.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 4 years in marketing ideally with a consumer or retail brand
  • Exceptional copywriting skills to help with development of content and communications.
  • Project management skills running online and in person events, with attention to detail and a ‘get the job done’ mindset.
  • Excellent social skills to develop personal relationships, align objectives cross-functionally and presentation skills.
  • High sense of urgency; driven with ability to understand and prioritize initiatives.
  • Goal-focused individual with the ability to show marketing effectiveness.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and create engaging campaign content for the USA – including blogs, presentations, emails, and landing pages that are compelling to prospects and customers.
  • Spearhead online and in person events with help from the wider marketing team.
  • Work with the sales team to optimize lead follow up and engagement.
  • Report regularly on program performance - using the metrics for continuous improvement of campaigns and activities.
  • Providing hands-on support and as required across all marketing and sales activities to deliver projects on time and to budget.
  • Engage with local PR partners to ensure alignment of activities.
  • Taking central campaigns and adapting for the USA

Nice to have skills:

  • Experience using Hubspot Marketing Automation and CRM
  • SEO knowledge
