Senior Visual Designer

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

  • You will be accountable for crafting best-in-class brand experiences 
  • Creating and maintaining brand guidelines and templates 
  • Creating and developing visual designs and concepts for campaigns across paidown channels and other marketing activities. 
  • Implementing our brand vision and product benefit across all design activity. 
  • Developing and managing all aspects of our design and creative output from the internal studio. 
  • Creating assets of layouts, designs, artwork and formats for use in print and digital publication. 
  • Design layouts and produces artwork such as graphs, infographics, charts, posters, graphics, display banners and layouts for presentations and reports. 
  • Checking and approving colour, copy, text and scaling images for production. 
  • Quick turnaround adaptation. 
  • Support Marketing, PR and Retail Departments on daily basis with ongoing projects. Work as part of the team. 
  • Ensuring design and creative deliverables are aligned to the clients’ expectations. 
  • Ensuring that design and creative projects are delivered on time. 
  • As part of a cross-functional team, you will be in charge of leading and managing the creative output, unlocking any opportunities to improve the end-to-end experience. 
  • You will be partnering with the Marketing team – as well as working closely with other areas of the business – to achieve the best way of communicating the personality of our brand and landing our messaging. 

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 5year’s experience as a visual, brand, and/or motion designer 
  • Strong experience with Adobe Creative Cloud apps, Figma and other design tools
  • Experience working in an Agile Squads environment 
  • Effective interpersonal communication, negotiation and collaboration skills. - Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects 
  • Experience with design systems and UI interfaces is a massive plus 
  • Possibility working with 3D/2D assets created by the illustrators, or compositions created by yourself 
  • BA/BS degree in DesignArt, Anthropology, Human Factors, Psychology, HCI/Computer Science, related field or equivalent practical experience
